Tissue repair protocols
BPC-157, TB-500 and GHK-Cu, the evidence and practical considerations.
Several peptides are frequently discussed in the context of soft-tissue recovery, joint support and post-training repair. The three most commonly combined in “repair” style protocols are BPC-157, TB-500 and GHK-Cu.
What is currently known
Preclinical data and a growing body of clinical observation suggest these compounds may support angiogenesis, modulate inflammation and influence the extracellular matrix. Human clinical trial data remain limited for many use-cases, so cautious interpretation is essential.
Practical considerations
Timing relative to injury or training load, duration of use, and concurrent rehabilitation all matter. These are not “take and forget” compounds; they work best inside a structured recovery plan supervised by a knowledgeable clinician.
